TRANSFORMERS

These folks do what needs to be done. We have the awesome opportunity and task of turning a school into a church every Sunday morning. We need people to transform the auditoriums and gym into creative and engaging environments where adults and children can connect with God. All of this takes manpower (yes, and woman-power) each Sunday morning. Do you have a servant's heart? Do you want to make a difference? Don't know exactly what you want to do yet? This is your thing. Suit up!
GUEST SERVICES

Our Host Teams stand by the front doors and other locations to welcome people to Catalyst Church. They have a friendly smile and observe those that may need a little assistance to find where they need to go, or answer questions as needed. Guest Services is here to serve in any way needed, and have a great opportunity to impact the "big picture" by providing a warm and friendly atmosphere each Sunday.
Easily one of the most popular places at Catalyst Church on Sunday mornings, coffee volunteers pick up the coffee from Dunkin Donuts, prepare the serving area, and clean up after the service. They are also key in providing a genuine welcome and friendly interaction for everyone at Catalyst.
Security is responsible for taking over for the Greeters at the start of each service and remaining at the front doors to let in any late comers. They stay in the lobby during the service to monitor our church. They ensure the safety of our CatalystKIDS environment by making sure only parents of children in our KIDS environment are permitted in the gym.
CatalystKIDS

Helpers assist the teachers and leaders in many ways - from engaging and playing with the children, holding babies, tidying up when the service is over.
Teachers ensure that the children in each of the four environments are learning about Jesus in a safe, fun, and exciting environment. If you are passionate about children experiencing the love of Jesus from an early age, this may be the perfect fit for you!
Registration is crucial. Those serving in the registration area ensure that parents are helped to feel comfortable, children are checked in safely, and parents understand who may and who may not enter the children's environment.
MUSIC

The Bible says to make a joyful noise to the Lord. It doesn't say this "noise" has to be done from the stage! If you're a singer with a desire to have your voice make a real eternal difference, this may be the place for you! We're looking for positive and enthusiastic team players to join our team. If you are a follower of Jesus, you're teachable, have a heart for unchurched people and love to sing we might have the perfect place for you.

MEDIA

Catalyst's media team provides creative, professional media support for our weekend service as well as other events. No previous experience is required. Just a willingness to serve and learn.
Sound - Catalyst's entire media system is completely mobile yet professional. Sound techs are needed to set up and tear down equipment each Sunday as well as mix the service. If an environment, free of distractions, so that the name of Jesus can be lifted higher is something that excites you, this may be your area!
Because Catalyst is mobile, we need to set up our own screens and projection each week at the school. This includes a mobile desktop computer screens and video projectors. The projection team also controls the videos, announcements, song lyrics, and message notes during the service. Projection duties may also include creating PowerPoint presentations for message notes and other presentations.

OUTREACH

Catalyst Church is all about Loving God, Loving People and PROVING It! We want our community to know we care. We believe that we have a commission to Meet a need, Melt a heart and Make a disciple. If meeting the practical needs of those around you fills you with excitement, we would love for you to join our team! Some of our Community Outreaches have included bringing 100 bikes to 100 children at Christmas, Giving away Christmas trees, serving monthly at a local homeless shelter, serving alongside schools and much more. We love what we have been able to do so far, but we are filled with passion to do even more. We need people like you to make it happen!

We all have a past. If you have allowed your past to shape you in great ways, we would love for you to come along side others and help them through whatever they may be facing. Have you gone through loss? Divorce? Marriage or Parenting problems? Financial issues? If you have gone through these, or other issues, AND Jesus has helped you through this, perhaps your story could help someone else. If you are open to listening and praying for others, this may be your fit!

If drama is your thing, we'd love to talk with you about using your talents to make God's Word, illustrations or announcements come to life at Catalyst!
Do you like to create movies that inspire people? We'd love for you to help us use video to encourage, challenge, and motivate people to encounter a relationship with Jesus. What are you waiting for, your talents are needed?
If you enjoy brainstorming and creating visual elements that engage people we'd love to see you step up. We love to use props and design to carry the theme of our current series from parking lot to the lobby and onto the stage. We'd love to hear from you if this excites you.
