Lead Pastor
Michael is married to Rachel and they have three children. Michael grew up in Middletown, Connecticut and was a Youth Pastor for almost 10 years before starting Catalyst Church in September of 2009. You can follow Michael on twitter.
Stephanie Vivier
Lead Pastor's Assistant
Stephanie came on staff as Michael’s assistant in April 2010. Her day mostly consists of keeping him organized and sane so he can best lead Catalyst Church.

Mike Bard
Community Groups Director
As Community Groups Director, Mike has a huge heart for people, and oversee's the Group life at Catalyst Church.

Faith Wilson
Operations Director
Is over all the day-to-day operations of Catalyst Church. This includes finances, the database, volunteer teams, facilities, etc, etc. Mom to three great young people Donny, Danielle and Dennis. Love Catalyst Church and love that we're crazy about God and people.

Angela Plake
Creative Arts Pastor
Angela is over all things production, which includes set design, video, service planning, etc.

Rachel Larkin

Rachel is married to Michael and has three children. She has a huge heart for children and families. She currently motivates, inspires, and oversees each of the four childrens environments and leaders.

Brendan Plake
Worship Pastor
Brendan leads the Catalyst Church worship team and is the primary worship leader every week. Brendan is passionate about leading people to connect with God through the songs and other interactive elements on Sunday.
